So I have an insulated 200 SQFt shed in my backyard, it is on a slabe, big barn door, and air conditioning. I do not know what to do with it. It has to be storage as my house has few places to store large items, but the storage only takes up 1/3 rd, I am on the fence on what to do with the rest. I have alot of bikes I can keep in there, but I can also just leave the cheap bikes outside....I need all your guidance (especially Jesus)
What Should I do with.....

I would kill for some sort of workspace right now. But that's just me. My living room basically is a clubhouse for all intents and purposes so I don't need another one.

i voted for a brewery because, if at anytime in my life there is a chance to vote on something and "brewery" is an option, i will vote that.
Also it's BADASS to homebrew!!!

make it into a practice studio or recording studio.
you can soundproof it by putting 2x4's perpendicular to the interior wall and basically build a frame for drywall, but then put soundproof board between the outer wall and the drywall. that's what we did with our shed - although i should point out ours was made of cinder block before we insulated it. fatguy did something similar but i think he used old T shirts as sound proofing instead of that sound dampening wood they sell at home depot.

I thought of that but I have something like that going on at my friends house were we practice, if for some reason I no longer have access to that then it most def jumps to #1.
And like the whole house is a clubhouse, why do I need more places to drink and talk loud? Oh...I have a baby....hmmmmm.

I was just out visiting a friend who's super into homebrewing and he got me excited about it again. This thread certainly isn't helping either.
