I honestly have no clue, as this is the first I've heard of it. Regardless, I can't wait to go there and check it out.hasn't the phoenix market been happening for a long time?

The Phoenix Public Market Urban Grocery and Wine Bar is now open!
Come by to visit and enjoy specials this week plus a happy hour 5 – 7 with local wines and beer and light appetizers. (Tuesday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., 14 E. Pierce St. just adjacent to the open-air market.)

I think today is the grand opening of the place ($45 tickets, see the mayor, etc). Not sure I'll shop there much - hope so - but like the idea either way.
