I don't have the ability to post fliers right now so I'll give you the quick and dirty....

(tonight)10/05- Big Fish Pub: Radio Phoenix video shoot/thing sponsored by Mtv with rock band

Wednesday, 10/07- Trunk Space: show w/ friends and one touring band

Sunday, 10/11- Modified: Lisa Savidge cd release

Friday, 10/16- Ruby Room: local bill

Saturday, 10/31- Mad Cap Theatres: Frock and Roll Fashion Show, Abe will be MCing

All the time when I tell people what I do they say, "Oh I don't understand art, I can't even draw." (or worse, "I only like art I can understand.") Well, ya know what, I don't know how to make a car, but I sure appreciate being able to drive one.

yes BFP is still around, under new ownership supposedly. I hadn't been in there in about 3+ years, it was way different. It's carpeted now and all the walls have been painted (no more Slimer ), they moved the sound booth so the far wall is opened up and has a ledge for resting drinks etc. It feels like a much more casual environment now. The thing we did was put on by Radio Phoenix, they mic you up and record your set through the PA and w/ an HD camera. They want it to be a local networking night/thing where they set up rock band and everyone gets drunk and bullshits etc. then one band plays and they record. It was pretty fun but drinks were a bit steep there. I guess mtv sponsored the event and they collect the recordings, I don't really know the details. We got a copy of our set and really liked the way it sounded....

they will be playing some of the recordings from out set at bfp tonight on Radio Phoenix's pod cast along with an interview with a few of us. It's at 8 PM for those of you that would like to tune in....

I listened to the 360 Radio broadcast. Pretty slick. First time I've heard Tremulants. However, I wasn't able to decipher which one was you during the interview.

I mumbled a lot and talked about going through tubes like toilet paper. Lot of funny stuff I wanted to say about bfp but I didn't know they were going to play the entire set, ate up most of the time for jokery. It was our first time hearing the recordings so it was cool. Thanks for listenin M....
