It hasn't been that long and the new board is basically similar to the old one. But fuck it if I can't remember what the old one looked like.

it was grey and light blue and very safe for work looking. oh wait i just described the new one.

If we could have it resemble outlook a little more I wouldn't even have to close the window when my boss walks by.
maybe we could make it look like a spreadsheet?
i remember ESPN did that a couple of years ago during march madness - they had all their games streaming live online and there was a "boss button" you could hit and it would turn the page into a generic looking spreadsheet.
i wish my job was to think of ways for other people to get out of doing their jobs.
but yeah, i don't even remember the old site look anymore.

amazingly I still remember it.
What I don't remember is what it looked like before I was using IPB, which was back in 2003/2004. It didn't have an integrated calendar so I had manually do all that crap by hand, damn did that suck.
some of the shizzies remember the Mail Error, which finally got fixed when I upgraded from version 1.x to 2.x a couple years back.
If you talk to the old school bossies, they still remember the booger green board that the minibosses used before they came over to the shizz.

so on Nov 25 2005 there was a Rodney Mullen thread, a Budget Sinatra message board and some one named casey has rabies....sucks you can't actually read the stuff, I am sure I can find it on the real site, but it would be funner to re live the past I wasn't apart of one internet snapshot at a time.
