The part about him being Nirvana's first choice before Dave Grohl bums me out. Biscuits is a way better drummer and we wouldn't have had to put up with Foo Fighters because Grohl never would have become famous.

I hear so many stories of drummers that Nirvana wanted, Biscuits, the chick from Hole, Jack irons, more I can't remember. Then why did they "settle" for Grohl?
I am going to start un-collabarted rumors about Nirvana drummers from now on.
Max Weinberg was on Nirvanas radar for potential drummers until they realized that the E Street band was a part of Dancing in the Dark and there was no way they could touch that level of unadulterated american feel good rock.
