I've been working on this project with a few other stand up comedians and a few film students for about a month now. We're set to film this Friday! This is a show about a pizza place that is going out of business in a college town, but it's more about the random comedy that insures in that setting, given that premise.
Anywho, I just wanted to share what I've been up to and show you guys some photos of the set we're building.
Photos!
We finish building the set today--I'll post those pics.
Ah, I feel better now that I've shared this with at least one other person.
Even if that person is a Shizzer I've never met.

Yeah, about 3 weeks now working on it. 60+ hours. Sooo many screws. I could...screw myself with all the screws we've used.
We still have to finish up the kitchen door and a few other odds and ends. We have a cast meeting Wednesday and we film Friday, so I kind of have to finish it tonight. THERE'S NO TIME MAN! SHE CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!
I'll most def put up some links as they are created.
Probably in this thread.
No need for new thread.
We're going green here @ the shizz.

We finished the set. Everything (sound&all) for around 1400$. 800 of which is sitting on my credit card, looking into my eyes, mocking me. No pictures, it was like 4am and I forgot.
We shot a small promo for the show, and then I woke this morning to call from our star, who plays "Peter", saying that he just got out of the ER and that he can't be in the show.
So as of now, no one is playing the protagonist. Yay!
But, I talked to my camera guy, and he has a bit of acting experience. So I'm going to audition him for the part tonight. If he works out, then I have another guy I think I can get to do the filming....
All of this, and we set to start filming tomorrow.
FUCK YEAH!
(kill me)
