city parks and rec pages will usually state what amenities the park features. bbq grills, lighted bball courts, lighted bike paths, etc.. i'd search for parks in your zip code then search that particular park. you're likely to come up with the city page for it.

the skate park in scottsdale is nicely paved. there is also a big green belt that runs along hayden for miles. i used to do a weekly bike ride from town lake to orange table in scottsdale that was super fun and ran along a nice path.
