Drummer wanted for honky-tonk band

Anyway, I'm not sure if any of you remember Plowed Under, but we were a honky-tonk/old-school country band who played locally (mostly at the Yucca) from about 2003-2008. Three of the four original members are working on a new project called A Horse Apiece. There's myself on bass, Ben Cox on lead guitar & steel guitar, and Ryan Rice (who played drums in Plowed Under and currently drums for Junction 10) on rhythm guitar & vocals. We just need a competent drummer to complete the equation. It's not particularly complicated stuff - a lot of shuffles and some 2/4 and 4/4 beats - so a good sense of rhythm is way more important than an ability to do elaborate fills. We don't have any delusions of grandeur about "making it big" or anything like that. The goal is to hang out, drink beer and play some local shows.
We have about 12-15 original songs already written, most of which are old Plowed Under tunes. We practice on Monday nights. If you're interested in sitting in and seeing how things go, let me know. Thanks.

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.
