or parts north. any recommendations?

like someone to find her a place to rent? craigslist? hell I can do, what does she ant, a house, an apartment? how many rooms? pets?

i don't know any agents but there is a small house on my street that is for rent. you know the neighborhood, more considered midtown then down town.

This guy Craig has a list of places for rent. I have used him before. I can vouch.

i have used him too, but looking for an actual flesh and blood
agent. or an undead one. but not a virtual one.

I had no idea such a thing existed for rentals. But the other half of the duplex I live in is open. She should rent that, if she likes hearing obnoxious bands practice. It's only $500.

We've only ever gone through one property management place and that was Desert Wide Properties. They might be worth looking into? Other than that, our best luck in finding a good place was drive-by action. Good luck to the lady! I am excited to have her closer.
