Haven't watched the video yet but have a funny story about double rainbows. A long time ago I was at a Rainbow gathering. (if you don't know what that is it's just a bunch of unwashed hippies in the forest) All of a sudden it stopped raining and above the field this double rainbow appeared. So we were out there saying well look at that, pretty neat huh? And the guy standing next to me says well if you think that's great just wait until later when the aliens land. He was serious about this by the way. Needless to say I got away from him as quickly as possible.
