The conspiracy nuts make me sad, but comments like this make me even more sad:

This is cool, but looking back now it probably was a waste of money, cause what did we really get out of it?

I had a discussion with two friends recently who both agreed that NASA is a waste of money and that nothing important really comes of it. I tried to explain that NASA is less than 1% of our Federal budget and that much of modern technology is thanks to NASA efforts. Plus there is the philosophical boons that I am greatly appreciative of. But still, they thought that money could be used for a better purpose...

i really have no idea why i comment on any story, really. no one really cares about anyone's honest input. it seems to be an even more unattached way to talk shit on someone anonymously. i'll probably keep doing it though. i even started a blog to document what we're trying to do with all the "urban farm" stuff at our new house. i do all of this knowing full well that no one gives a shit. ha.

I had a science teacher in college, (who was a total dick) who did testing on the moon rocks @ Purdue. I used to tell him that it was a hoax, and those moon rocks he worked with were man made.....I did not get a good grade.
