The 3rd Annual Phoenix Independents Bowl [http://indiebowl.com/] is a celebration of Phoenix’s independent spirit and culture. On Sunday October 24th dozens of teams, comprised of Phoenix’s best independent bands, independent businesses, and independent minded citizens, will compete in a spectacular bowling tournament. They will come together to celebrate the great strives and growth the independent community in Phoenix has seen in resent years. The Phoenix Independents Bowl will be held at one of the last remaining independently owned bowling centers in Arizona Let It Roll Bowl [http://letitrollbowl.com/] (formally the Sunset Bowl, on 12th St and Dunlap).

A main goal of the Phoenix Independents Bowl is to highlight the interconnected nature of local artistic communities and local economies and to strengthen relationships between those who care about both. It is in the spirit of this goal that the proceeds of The Phoenix Independents Bowl will benefit Local First Arizona [http://www.localfirstaz.com/] and their work to strengthen communities and local economies through supporting, maintaining, and celebrating locally owned business through out the state of Arizona.

Music provided by DJs:
Shane Kennedy
Anthony Heart (aka Heart Breaks)
Tim Neilson (aka DJ Johnny Volume)
Jason Patrick Woodbury (aka DJ Babynose)

The Phoenix Independents Bowl is a production of Psyko Steve Presents [http://www.psykosteve.com/]. Psyko Steve Presents has been producing high quality concerts and events in Phoenix for the last decade.
