hey yous, we're doing this again. we did it in 2009 and took 2010 off but now we're doing it again.

March 26, 2011 at Conspire (5th st and garfield)
the underground publishers convention is a
small press, zine, comic, DIY craft and art symposium in phx. It's free to exhibit your work (but you have to reserve a spot and you have to bring your own table this year) and it's free to attend for the public.

we've started meeting on mondays at 6:30pm at Conspire to work on planning.
anyone is welcome to help organize the event or help us run the event on the 26th.

we are also looking for people to lead skillshare sessions so if you know how to do something cool and want to teach others please email us at upcphxATgmailDOTcom to get involved. skillshare sessions are 30 minutes.

AND
we're going to be having readings and music on the Conspire stage during the event so if you are interesting in participating please email us as well.

i dont think i will have anything in print to sell this year, and i sure as hell dont have money to cull a bunch of distro stuff this year
i will probably pop in to one of these meetings to see whats up. unfortunately i got that 'old people' disease, where all my time that wouldve been used for projects like this has disappeared, yet i couldnt tell you where its gone.

yes! they are short and quick. we've already booked bands and stage readings. We just hand out flyers and stuffs. We're going to be pushing it a lot this month since it is 3/26/11!
