Been scouring the internet, have not been able to track down any good .wav (or even .mp3) samples of creaking. Wood, metal, pipes, whatever.

If anybody knows a good source, mind sending it my way?

have you looked into halloween sound effects? i've got a ton and i know plenty of it was creaking wood floors and doors and shit like that. if you use any kind of torrent site, you should be able to track some down.
