Anyone like reviewing music

As much as I would love to do this, I don't feel that I would do anyone justice by doing any kind of review whether I like the music or not so I was wondering if there was any aspiring journalist/critic who is musically inclined and would like to review music for theshizz.
I can't promise anything monetarily, but it can often times get you into a show for free and you get some free music sent to ya.
Out of town bands are not that often, but I feel if we started reviewing shows, and having more of a journalistic online presence it would build on itself.
If anyone is interested let me know, there is a band from quebec who is coming into town in a few weeks and I don't feel I have the time to review it, even though I really like the music (really poppy, reminds me of the Ruby Lee, and 70's pop ala Wings/ELO/Lennon)
email donald at theshizz.org if you are interested

From time to time, I have bands come through town and occasionally send me their music to review or even ask if I would like to interview them prior to a show in phoenix or surrounding areas.

there's a local music blog, Yabyum music, that is always looking for writers and support, they publish monthly online and they might be down for a collab.

I like talking shit about other people's music. Does that count?
Not for this.
I do not think this kind of thing is maybe good for people who have bands or play out.
Unless they can take it as well as they dish it out, it's not likely a happy combo.
Golden Rule muthafrakkers.
That being said, not everything is everyone's cup of tea, or coffee for that matter.
If a record is a turd, it's a turd. Just realize somebody put passion* and money into creating it.

b...b..ut... i've already done my work, si...sir... :'(
Quezo doesn't read blogs, he just tells you to write them even after they are written HAHAHAHAHA
great job by the way, I found your review to be very fair, it didn't kiss ass, but it wasn't brutally harsh and gives the reader a good idea of what to expect when listening to them.
