[lit up like a monument]

hello, i have been writing an album's worth of songs. getting close to finishing it up and looking for some people to play the songs with.
a couple i uploaded here www.myspace.com/getdowntobrasstacks called "animalhands" and "oldfuture". this is going to be a brand new band,
not get down! to brass tacks. not looking for any huge commitment, just a show every month or two. take a listen and let me know if youd be interested.
songs came out mono for some reason and theyre not mixed but theyre there. thanks.

i listened to them in headphones and realized that the entire left side was gone. i thought it was just quiet not gone.
i just reuploaded them as stereo mp3s. they sound much better not, you can actually hear everything ha ha same place still.

i guess this is as good of a place as any to ask if / where i can download all get down to brass tacks songs that aren't on the album. like "are we moving to the same beat". loved that 2008 era shit.

thank you! im glad you liked that stuff but unfortunately i dont have a physical copy of any of it anymore. the recording of that album we were working on when josh quit so it was never finished and then the engineer decided to sell all of his equipment and move away. lost forever i think. those songs on myspace i uploaded years ago and set them up so they could be downloaded by users but myspace never really worked right... there were only a couple more on our album that was lost that arent on myspace, maybe i can get them back off of there somehow?

Josh let me have a burnt copy of those recordings. After that the girl from my old band borrowed it and moved to San Diego I think. She still makes trips into town so maybe I'll msg her and see about getting it back....
