I'd have to say that my coolness list parallels HFE's moreso than not. except I'd be talking about old radios/electronics. & I'd have to include 'vintage' and antique shops, swap meets, random finds at informal dumps out in the desert (or abandoned houses), and of course discoveries at landfills. you clothes-minded folks probably don't scrounge those last couple categories too often, but I turned up a cool reel-to-reel and a bunch of loose components in a ditch west of the valley not too long ago... jeez, why do I share things like that. kinda takes the coolness list a step or two too far and loops back around to just weird and not-cool again, I suppose. oh well.
