I would think Lipfert, or Maxwel can answer that one pretty easily.
I don't have a clue, I am old school, if I can't record it on my 1 track cassete player/recorder than it ain't worth recording

hey minardi, give me a ring or message me. I have a disk I can copy for you that has everything you could possibly need. and as far as burners go.... usb?
you must have some cash to burn. always go with IDE.

Yeah, I agree - an IDE internal is a MUCH better value unless you absolutely have to use one drive between two computers. Plus, unless you have a newer (MFRed w/ in 1 year or so) computer with USB 2.0 built in, or want to also spring for a PCI card with USB 2.0 or Firewire, you're not going to get very good performance with any kind of external unit.

Sound Forge does great for me, especially if you have all of the Cubase and Sonar plug-ins
