Here's a quick notice about a short gig I'll be doing friday evening. Sandy asked me to open up for her performance, and I said sure. she really liked my old Harmony Sovereign guitar and seemed to think my songs were ok :-) if I could get some folks to turn out, it'd be good leverage for pursuading this very cool little venue to hire me for my own gig sometime. Sandy Hathaway does mostly original songs that owe much to Dar Williams, Ani Difranco. I've only seen her do a few of her songs, and she's a talented singer. my stuff is more roots rock/americana than anything else. I'll do half an hour, then a few songs again during her break, probably. HERES THE DETAILS:
