Grand Theft Auto
Metal Gear Solid
Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee
Resident Evil Director’s Cut
Ridge Racer Type 4
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six
I don’t know anything about PS games. Anything good here?
There are some gems on there, like Intelligent Qube, Oddworld, and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, but I can't imagine most of those holding up very well, regardless of how "classic" they are. Like, maaaaaaybe the OG Metal Gear Solid can be appreciated, and Tekken 3 is still a passable 3D fighter, but... I dunno. They shoulda had some goddamn analog support and Resident Evil 2.
the game selection is perplexing, because it seems to at times be adhering to early gen, pre-dual shock games, but then it includes MGS. RRT4, Syphon Filter, And Rainbow Six? many of franchises on here are on point, but they picked the crummier game in the franchise. BAT2 is better than BAT1, Destruction Derby 2 was the widely loved and much better sequel to the first game, Twisted Metal 2 is leagues better than the first game, Jumping Flash 2 is better than 1, but yet we get Ridge Racer 4 and Tekken 3? it's just very odd. it's also missing some pretty clear standout games for what i can only assume are the rights holders wanting you to buy remasters or re-releases that are currently available (or just not bothering to resecure rights to music/likenesses), which diminishes the relevance of the product somewhat.
i mean there's definitely some great games included, and some surprising deep cuts, but some of these games i don't think I would bother with in 2018, and the decision to exclude better sequels kinda reeks of them holding games back for a second run with more games on it.

wow, that's pretty wild. fully colored and everything.
considering wrightson passed away last year and he's a classic horror artist who (i feel) has had their work newly appreciated and valued in the past decade, there's a good chance that could easily be worth double that $500 tag. the big issue is that 1) someone has to want to buy it at that price and 2) it doesn't feature any beloved characters so it won't get snapped up immediately 3) most people are looking for his intricate b&w pencil work.
Places like albertmoy.com have some of his art and sketches on sale at lofty prices (http://www.albertmoy...=0&ArtistId=439) and wrightson's official gallery site page has a wide range of prices (https://www.comicart...asp?gsub=103380 ). If you take the ebay route and just look for something mildly in the same vein, a fully colored monster commission of his sold for 1200 bucks in July ( https://www.ebay.com...GMAAOSw0rNbMsei ). I think realistically you could get somewhere around that 1200 bucks trying to sell it on ebay or something similar, but i wouldn't be surprised if an official appraiser put the value much higher in the 5K and up range since he has passed away, it's fully colored, and seems to be a pretty decent sized portrait. but of course, like i said, you have to have a buyer to really hit that price (it does happen, some crazy person paid 15K for this zombie art from him:https://www.ebay.com...RUAAOSwq4la8KdT).
also, one thing that might hurt any value you get back from it may be lack of information about the piece and any authenticity guarantee. that could really submarine the value.

I was near the end of Etrian Odyssey 5 when one night after a whole day of mixing I went to get ready for bed, starting with a good dump, and was like "ok I'll just reach the next floor and then finish up and go to bed", next thing I know it's like 7am and I was on the toilet for nearly 4 hours. My ass was just about fused to the edges of the seat and I had these marks on my ass and legs that were really sore and hurt badly through the next day.
EDIT - the only reason I stopped playing was because I died in the game, losing every single bit of progress I made since sitting down.
Yes! I have most of the Jackbox Party Packs and would love to do streaming MP. We tried broadcasting on Twitch once but were getting swarmed by racist trolls. That can probably be fixed with privacy settings though.
i'd like to get in on some drawful 2 again if we can get a workable stream going.
metroid-vania is like a music genre description that is sort of a terrible term that just seemed to persist but i know exactly what i'm getting into when i see it. so it's effective and serves its purpose.
