AHAHAHAHAHA,
Wait, we're both in the wrong here...
If LYCD's throws "pudding" at people, it can't possibly be trademarked, or original, because if my memory serves me right...
Hammered Dr. Destructo (HDD) used to throw food desserts (I believe Vegan Jell-O) at the audience.
Sheesh, well, we're both fucked now.
HAHAHAHAHA!
THIS ARGUMENT IS SO OVER.
Conclusion: We both ripped off HDD, but technically, we're less of the rip-off, which makes me cooler, my penis bigger, and my waist size smaller.

i guess its kinda weird for me to be saying that stuff... since i hate lycd and i hate peachcake both about equally... but i still say you ripped em off bad...
i mean injustices happen all the time i guess.... you guys get to be all goofy and cute in the new times, when lycd are lucky to get in the rep....
its like the english blues thing,....
sorta.
or david bowie, he ripped off his "friends" at a hole in the wall punk joint with his hole make-up and glam stuff....
that's more like it.
i guess life goes on.
but still.....
meh.
grrrrrr..........
whatever.
you suck.....
nah.

Oh yeah, that's us being cute all right.
Fuck you man, you don't even know. You don't know how hard we've worked, and how much time we've put into this, or how many thousands of flyer's we've made to put out ourselves on our own time to make people aware. You don't know how much of our own money, and money we make off of the band we put back into getting shit for ourselves, and getting shit done. We don't use anyobne else's money for this shit.
You and your ridiculous ego need to get over yourself, and get over it.
I don't care what you think of me, or the music I or the band I'm in makes, I truly don't.
But things like articles in magazines, or the cover to one of the biggest in the state don't come to people who just are goofy, and look cute. That's not what we're about. We get to look cute on the cover because we put so much time and effort into this, and worked our asses off to make music we like.
You don't know our intentions, you don't know our politics, you have no idea.
I'm sick of people acting like they know what any band is all about. It's over. Just don't worry about it, and neither will I.

You can't expect everyone to like your band...there's no need to flip out whenever you hear criticism.
Also, NO OFFENSE, but there are hundreds of local bands that are at least as hard-working and skilled as Peachcake who have never been graced with a New Times cover, and it would silly to think that the cuteness and popularity has nothing to do with it. Peachcake happens to be creating a buzz at the current time, and the New Times thought it would make a good cover story.
