I received a cd of Garrett Devoe recordings from some old friends of mine awhile back and really love it.

Glory Revival was pretty cool, I think I saw them at the alley at least a few times.

I always have had a soft spot for bands with horn sections.

The Reluctant Messiahs are/were the best band to have ever come out of arizona. Honestly, no one matches up.

Donald, One of the guys from Pyscho Gypsy happened to be a friend from junior high. Needless to say I've witnessed way to many primp sessions with makeup by a room full of guys. I think Franco had a soft spot for them.

I never had a chance to see Rusty Jones, but have witnessed Garrett perform many times, even in my living room. If anyone is interested in hearing what he is doing now check out www.purehorsehair.com

Way to support a town that seems solidly behind your band, dude.
I hope you don't really feel that way.

who could forget Psycho Gypsy.

I remember seeing them on a public access show called JOHN FRAZZINI PRESENTS.

Yeah, I definitely think Franco dug those guys too.

I didn't mind them at all, it was just a totally different scene then what I was in at the time, and seeing grown men in makeup warped my fragile little mind.
