No...he should have gotten a regular foul called but not a flag2. He was going for the ball and not trying to hurt the guy...the guy shouldn't have tried to dunk on shaq period.
maybe next time the guy will learn its best to go around the big cactus not over him...

in today's NBA, that is usually a flagrant, sometimes a flagrant 2.
it seems like the refs call the foul based on how hard the guy falls, which is sometimes not the fault of the player committing the foul.
