most women have mustaches, they are just lighter and less coarse then men's. And we bleach them and wax them and use chemicals to melt the hair off our faces.

I always thought it was odd that girls have to shave their body hair and most of them put on a makeup mask every day!

i knew someone like this too. she was my boss until she got fired. more facial hair than i'll probably ever see on my face. except instead of being hot, she was just stocky and crazy. one dude i worked with then told her she was built like a football player and meant it as a compliment. i had a hearty laugh because it was true. i also worked with a woman dubbed "american flag face", but that's another story for another day...

maybe i'm the only weird/superficial one here, but i don't honestly think i could be w/ a girl who didn't shave or had a mustache. A trimmed bush is fine, but harry armpits, legs and especially facial hair is just a turn off. i don't think i could even get aroused by someone like that. it sucks, but so do a lot of things in life. i'm sure if girls didn't have to have their periods they wouldn't either. i so glad i'm a guy! haha

nah man i am with you, i saw a girl with hairy arm pits once and it was gross, i can't imagine legs and mustaches and back hair. Eff all that would kill my wood.

I have hairy legs. I haven't shaved them since high school.* The hair is dark in color and not very subtle, but pretty much stops a few inches below my knees. But I bet most of you who have met me in person already know that.

I'd rather not shave and wear makeup, so I don't. The body hair is strictly a personal preference but I've rarely seen a woman's face that was improved by makeup. Either it's very natural-looking (why bother?) or it makes them look weird and phony.







*I buzzed them once with an electric razor when I had a very intense job interview for a job that I had to dress fancy for. I wore pantyhose over the stubble and you couldn't even see it.

Eh, there are some people whose attraction to others has a strong visual component. (Though I'm not one of them, they're not all men.) As long as they can find someone they're compatible with who doesn't resent them, more power to 'em and they can just leave other people alone and vice versa. Just because it's on the surface doesn't mean it's shallow.

I don't think men should have to shave their faces, either, unless they want to. When I fix myself up and I know it's just to placate someone else, I get this nasty exploited feeling that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Imagine the diseases we could cure, etc., if we didn't waste that time grooming, I tell myself.

Remember, that they stink too. Hold yourself so high that they should not criticize you period. Fuck 'em. I would never be into a girl that didn't have herself figured out. I would have no respect for a man of the same mindset. Life is hard enough without games, look a person in the eye that you love and tell 'em, I don't care if you screw up. I will back you up till I'm dead, and it might never help me. That's how you be a friend, and it makes sex alot hotter as well.

I totally agree, I used to be of the mindset that I only dug chicks who shaved all or most post-pubescent hair (legs, pits, junk). Until I met someone who was sexy beyond her body hair. She had an awesome attitude, had her shit together and was just damned cool. After that it seemed like body hair was not that big of a deal to me as long as I had a strong connection with that person.

I also agree with Mary, it's not superficial not to be attracted to someone who does or does not have body hair, but I also think you get to a point in your life where you realize that in the grand scheme of things hair isn't that big of a deal.

the great thing about body hair is that it grows back. one day you can be hairy and the next you can be shaved. thats the beauty of it. mix it up!
