the holiday delights are showing up at work...

balls! ::two thumbs up::
oreos! ::more two thumbs up::

oreo!balls! OMG so good in my mouth. I only ate one though, going to have to be on the eliptical that much longer tonight. ugh.

I asked how they are made. You take a package of oreos and crush them up in a processor, then add cream cheese. You roll this into little balls and dip in dark chocolate. Refrigerate.
Enjoy in your mouth.

I do love balls in my mouth...

But right now, I'm at work eating Nile red beans and rice soup with Fritos in it. I just ordered two cases of this soup from the intarwebz because Fry's stopped selling it, and I really need to start eating at work again because I have another 5-8 lbs to go before I attain a healthy weight for hy height.

This dude from another office told me that his wife had sent him to work with a big ziplock of cheeseburgers that she had cooked from the night previous. And he's like, "Hey, I got a bunch of cheeseburgers in the breakroom refrigerator. Have one."

So I was like, "Man, I dunno", because a bag full of old cheeseburgers with the grease all hardened up on them didn't seem all that appetizing. And then I had a meeting at 1pm but didn't eat anything before then.

So after the meeting I'm all like, "So you got cheeseburgers, huh?"

He says, "Yup. In the fridge."

Mi Pueblo @ Metrocenter, next to the Mongolian BBQ. Two words: salsa bar!

It's kind of weak because they're down to three salsas, but the habanero one there is the only one I ever eat anyways. I would love to fall into a dunk tank filled with it and just eat my way out.

Definitely recommend it for lunch to anyone that works in the area. Great food, of which you get lots, it's quick, and reasonably priced to boot.

I mowed on some pasta valducci, I had two bites of tamale this chic brought in to work and about two handfuls of cheese popcorn from the tin can. I'm gonna go puke now!
