Wait, you have a personal trainer?I wonder if I'll be able to get out of here a half hour early. It would be nice to get to my trainer earlier so I have more time to recover when he kills me. I call him Dan the Death Dealer Destructor Man and he thoroughly enjoys slowly killing me, the most, in the hallway of death or on the stupid step thingy of hell; I can tell by the smile on his face when he sees I'm in pain. But he's hot so it's not so bad. He looks like Superman. (his last name is even Kent)
I believe this may be the only way to get me of my rapidly flabbing ass.
How does one go about catching one of these magical/sadistic creatures?
Is it as much $$ as I imagine?
My trainer charges me $35 a session and a session usually last about an hour. He also writes down the complete workouts to store in my book of workouts and tracks my progress, tells me about nutrition, what to eat and when and helps me with supplements and stuff. I have a session every Friday so far. If you are serious about reaching a goal in fitness I HIGHLY recommend a trainer. They show you the right way to work out to get the best results and since you are paying and it's NON refundable you are more likely to keep going and not flake out. I don't know how much an independent traine would charge though. I think it varies. My trainer works out of the gym I belong to.
Thanks for that info.
I've got major back issues, and I've never been able to get good advice about how to exercise properly and work around it. Stuff on the net, just doesn't cut it.
