it felt good to get some exercise on the treadmill today at lunch. i need to do this more! i'm not so much worried about getting fat because I already am nor being healthy (but it's there in the back of my mind). but it really felt good afterward (that's what she said).

I hate when dudes lie and then they chaulk it up to the chic being "nuts" or "crazy". It's every liars way of being in denial. PFFT!
