I got a raise and retro from Jan 1st. woot!!!

Not a huge raise; the the maximum amount that could be given. I had a stellar evaluation.

congrats! i just got a "kudos" from one supervisor sent over to my immediate supervisor. maybe that'll help with my next eval.
