my grandma is 82. this past saturday in the middle of the day with people everywhere she was walking into the drug store on indian school and 48thst and a dude grabbed her from behind, threw her on the ground and tried to steal her purse. well she held on tight and wouldnt give it to him and after a few seconds the dude ran off. a guy tried to chase him but couldnt catch the guy. my grammy is like 5' 2" and probably weighs a hundred pounds. she ended up with a broken collar bone. i said "nana you should have just let him take it" and she said "hell no, my glasses were in there"

im currently thinking how badass my nana is.

HECK YEAH! Word up to your Nana! thats awesome scary and neat!

what everyone else said.. and i wish mikey and myself woulda been there to catch that guy and give him a "stern talking to." nothing worse than people who take advantage of people.

I'm home from tour!!!!! Had the last show in Tucson last night, and it was arguably the best of the tour.

It feels great to be home again. I get to sleep in my own bed and not drive 500 miles a day.

one of the dudes from Sweet Cobra passed away from cancer, which sucks, as cancer is totally shitty.
But, I didn't know the dude was also in Horace Pinker, that Burn Tempe to the Ground record was one of my favorites when I was 14.

negative: i have developed a really nasty sore throat and ear infection over the last 2 days and finally went to the doctor after i could no longer swallow. i really hate being sick

positive: it's not strep thankfully, and i am home from work today. my doctor gave me antibiotics and some kick ass pain medication. so i am going to sleep all day in between rounds of Left4Dead. i really like pain medication.

crawford isn't a starter. i think he plays less than 30 per night and is good for 15 points, but if your league gives you extra points for 3 pointers then maybe keep him - he's quite good in that regard, but that's about it. he's definitely not the hawks 1st scoring option.

do you think AI is going to put up more than 15 a night as the third option in philly (behind brand and iguodala)? i don't think so. at least not right away. his average this year (yes, i know only 3 games) was something like 16 points. but he will be a starter, and he's probably going to give you more stats in other categories - specifically rebounds and free throws. i would assume you have other SG options besides crawford, so i'd be inclined to gamble, but you're not talking about much of a gain.

Emperors of Japan
Myspace

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

Thanks, I was thinking it was a wash the more I chewed it over, Crawford is 16pts, 4asts, 2 rebs, 1 stl average this year...off the bench, and this particular league doesn't count Shooting % (its ESPN and I really don't understand the scoring system they use) AI can't do much better than that...but watch him go off now that I will pass on him (and crawford is behind Joe Johnson and Tyreke Evans in my combo guard core, so I am cool.)
