For realz though I get sleep paralysis and that shit is scary as hell.

fucking no shit, I've heard people say that's a sign of an evil spirit entering/occupying your body. If that's the case I have a lot of bad ghosts in me

I've had a couple bouts of the slep paralysis, its horrible.
Luckily though not for years and years.

Spiders though, prob'ly my #1 fear.
When I was a kid and stressing out I'd always have nightmares about spiders.

Oddly, moving to AZ I thought the place would be covered w/ 'em, like I'd be swatting them off my kithen table every morning.
. . . Sadly, its just roaches, everywhere roaches.

as an adult, most of my nightmares/night terrors are about spiders. spiders on the ceiling, in the curtains, in the bed, etc. i am REALLY afraid of spiders.

Support group time.
As I've gotten older, the smaller ones don't scare me as much, but the bigger the worse I handle it.

The big ones, when you see them breathing, there bodies expanding in and out--AAAAAAAAAAH!

I don't even care if they're behind glass or anything, if I know there's a spider int he room it has to die or I have to leave, and I need to see it every second so I know its not coming after me.

I have an occasional saying, when I'm feeling biblical, "I know there's a devil/god because how else do you explain something as evil looking as spiders [which cstill perform a nessesary function in nature]."

alright, I'm freakin' out just talking about this.

my biggest fear is being in a fight where i get knocked to the ground and kicked in the back.
also lately my legs have been locking up completely when i'm in any public area by myself. the situation is more humiliating than scary, but the thought of having to go somewhere where i know i may get into that situation scares the crap out of me.

i'm not really scared of other stuff anymore. maybe tiny bugs.

well, welcome to my nightmare. here is a window to how insane i am. I had a great time last night, but got way too drunk. then, instead of waking up with a hangover like a normal person, i wake up at the crack of dawn in like a blind panic. i get so anxious that i made a drunken fool of myself that i can't sleep, i can't relax. I basically psych myself into a panic attack. SO, mass apologies to everyone for anything stupid i did or said.
