We had showbiz pizza, it was on like 35th ave and northern or dunlap or something, it is a chucky cheese now.

yea that was on wgn and i really like the game where you throw a ping pong ball in the plastic cups.
i was like dude thats so easy, mom i want to go to visit gandma and grandpa so i can go on the bozo show

Yeah, Alma School and 8th Ave. I lived right by it. There was a nickel arcade nearby, too.there was a Showbizz near Almaschool and Broadway that eventually became Chucky Cheez....
I love a good nostalgia trip.

The one I'm thinking of was on Alma School and Southern, northwest corner. It's where I honed my Street Fighter II skills in high school, and beat TMNT arcade and Smash TV. Atomic Comics used to be in the same plaza. The whole mini-mall there is pretty much abandoned now.
Damn I'm old.
