When I dont want to deal with some one I avoid them as much as possible, or just bring it up infront of him when he is sober. Being boldly honest sometimes can jolt a person to stop being a dick. OR if it makes him mad and he wants to fight then defending yourself is not against the rules.

Mikey what is the greatest easy-to-find animal beer?

Schmidt is my animal beer of choice because they have lots of bears and deer and pheasants and trout and stuff on the cans. But it's hard to find. The only other choices I can think of are Mad Dog and Red Dog. Woof.

About the bartender, I was thinking about taking Mikeys advice and just following her home one night and then acting sursprised when I run into her inside of her living room that I snuck into.

Just ask her out. The worst thing she can say in no thanks. Shows confidence and girls mostly like confident guys. Just saying.
