So is Katey Perry hot? I tend to think she is most of the time, but there is something there that is denying me from fully embracing she is hot...thus leading me to think she may not really be hot.

I can't say one way or another on Katy Perry. For a celebrity I guess she's not super hot or anything, but if I saw her in a bar or something I'd be all "Daaayumn!" But who knows what is under all that make-up.
