But I started to think about it, and I don't recall ever going to a greek restaurant and being disappointed. What are your favorites?

Greektown on 7th St and Dunlap...gross....Greek Patio 7th st and Greenway...gross.
But fave greek dishes
Dolmas
Falaafel (is that greek?)
Rolled Hummus
Lentel Soup

...okay, so i've never been there, but i have to say its name outloud multiple times everytime i'm close to / at the yucca.

The greek salads (tomato, onion, feta, olives, cucumber, olive oil and balsamic)
tsatziki sauce
Souvlakis are also good
the only greek restaurant i've been to in Phx is My Big Fat Greek Restaurant

Byblos is amazing but they Lebanese not Greek!

I went to their website and the Greek omelet looks AMAZING. Never been there but I will be sure to go sometime.BYBLOS!

The current owners/employees are kinda lame, but the food is always good.
Baiz Market on 20th Street between Roosevelt & Van Buren.
Usually great food, the hummus is good. Sometimes hot items tast a little reheated or . . . something, a cold oil flavor . . .
No atmosphere, its kinda like eating in a 1/2 finished Circle K.
Recommend to go.
BUT, also check out there section of sweets at the back!
Its a store too, so pick up a jar of spicey pickles, a hooka, and some orange crush on your way out.

Or, there Nero's Gyros on 48th & Elliot. They're from Wisconsin; a well-known Greek enclave....?
