I ate at Daphne\'s Greek Cafe which is the equivalent of a Greek fast food chain sorta. The one I ate at was off of the 101, east on Ray. It was good and totally pocket friendly. However, I know there are better places out there.
This place is crazy bland, but your right it is fast food, but they charge for hummus? Weak. But yeah, greek in a pinch and its by your work...ok, anytime else, grossville.

from their website
"Our unique old world recipes prepared "from scratch" using only the finest and freshest ingredients have
made our authentic middle-eastern & mediterranean entrees, soups, fresh salads, healthy
vegetarian dishes and pastries, the talk of the town."
Athenian Express is good too, it really nothing more then gyros, burgers and salads but still a tasty treat. If an item has feta cheese on it then you better expect about a pound of the stuff. To me though, that is not a bad thing.

Byblos is some of the best shit I have ever tasted. And if the people who work there say that it is greek food (mediterranean) then I say it is probably greek food.

It looked a little like this:

Except there was nothing green in it. Just meat and cheese. It was a touch greasy on the bottom, but good, and very filling. For $7 I got really full. They gave me two or three pitas in 1/4 slices on the side that I barely touched because I was full from the omelete and fries. the fries were the crinkle cut variety, which usually means manufactured and processed and frozen and usually not very good. These were really good though. Totally worth all the bad things about fries that keep me from eating them except every once in a while.
I was impressed enough, and there were enough awards on the walls by the front door, that I will go there again, but I will order something else. Probably just a standard gyro or something so I compare apples to apples.
