Tempe: There is a room available at the Manor. Rent is super cheap. We'll even cut you a deal if you move in ASAP! You will live across the street from ASU (literally), and right in the middle of tempe, off University and Mill. Location doesn't get much better. You will have 3 nice room mates.
Phoenix: There is a room available at the Iron Lady. It's right off 24th st and Thomas. One block from the tribe. Very private. Only one room mate. Only downside is that there is currently no shower (we're working on it), but for that reason, rent is very cheap! Preferably you're in a band or like music, as it functions as a practice/show space. This could work to your advantage if you need a practice space as well! Very clean place....
