I'm curious as to what constitutes an alcoholic.

It seems to me that the midwest should have this in the bag.

I mean, I drink like a fish, and in Arizona, I'm basically considered an alcoholic.

However, in Chicago, I'm inclined to say that the amount that I drink makes me a "Bears fan."

Also, is it based on DUIs? If so, then Arpaio's wonderful moneymaking machine has effectively lowered the bar so much that people who drive after drinking Nyquil would be considered alcoholics.

I dunno. I look at that graph, and I think, "Arizona suck worse at a LOT more stuff than drinking problems."

what about Hate Crimes or lowest spending on education, or worst healthcare access, or most transplant list deaths, or most lawsuits for a county sheriff, or biggest waster of tax-payer money, or dumbest voters, or worst politicians, or biggest polygamist community, or biggest meth users, or lowest income, or lowest level of readers, or highest teen pregnancy rates, or worst governor, or most kidnappings....
