thinking about doing it once we get our garden going and backyard plotted out and some buildings completed. just wondering if anyone that hangs out here has any experience with urban beekeeping. especially in central az.

Not sure why the jealousy occurred, maybe just the envisioning of my man meat being the pleasure pole for some other lucky lady (yea, I said it, you can quote me on that lol)

went to the monthly meeting of the beekeepers association of central arizona last thursday. it falls on every third thursday of the month. it was pretty awesome. everyone was super friendly and more than willing to share information with people who were looking to get started. i'm pretty sure i was the youngest person in the room as there might have been one other person in there under 40. seems like the older folks really liked seeing younger faces taking an interest in something they've been passionate about for decades. guess they're glad to see that it's something that will stay going when they check out. after speaking with several people, i feel pretty confident that this is something that i can do and will be giving it a shot early next year i think. i'll keep everyone updated and if i end up with some honey or beeswax, i'll try and hook ya'll up. :P

this is probably something you should be taking notes on whether you're interested in beekeeping or not.

Emperors of Japan

My thesis is called the "Black-Emperor-Says Theory" and holds that any any Phoenix-area indie rock festival there is a 100 percent probability that Emperors of Japan, Black Carl, and/or What Laura Says will be on the bill.

i missed if you were doing it yourself or if you'd called someone out. most of what i'd seen online would guarantee removal or destruction for around $80.

You're a terrible beekeeper, dude.

You'll never get any honey by spraying foam on them.
