Obscura will be back at Rips on Saturday, October 9 with our special guest Master of Ceremonies Austin Head!

We will be having a big release party for the long awaited new cd from Belle & Sebastian, Write About Love!

We will also have tickets to give away to upcoming concerts by Gorillaz, The National, Jimmy Eat World, Built To Spill, Jonsi (from Sigur Ros), The Morning Benders, Sleigh Bells, Deer Tick, Azure Ray, Joanna Newsom, Ra Ra Riot, Deerhunter & Trash Can Sinatras!

We will have soundtrack & run of screening passes to the new movie It's Kind of a Funny Story to give away!

As always, DJ Roya and Funkfinger will be playing all the best indie, britt pop, new wave and more! There are $3 wells & $5 calls before 11pm and no cover before 9pm, only $5 after.
