"No member of the executive department, after serving the maximum number of terms, which shall include any part of a term served, may serve in the office until out of office for no less than one full term."
Her time as a replacement falls in the "any part of a term served"... This is not hard. That not only she but whoever advises her came to the conclusion that it's not clear speaks volumes about her cronies. Either they are idiots or they think we are.

Recently I've noticed many politicians writing memoirs after only a few years in office and just figured it was for the same self-serving reasons that got many of them to run for office to begin with, but the title of Brewers really puts her in a level of self-righteous crazy above the others.

cant, if the vice serves more that two full years than they cant run for the third. I guess they could kill the president the day after the two year markYou know what would be amazing? On the second day in office for a new president, the vice president kills the president, frames someone else for it, and serves three terms!

hate to say it but legally i think she might end up having a case. It's kinda like how if the president of the united states passes away or resigns, the vice president must carry out the rest of the term (if it is under two years). This does not disqualify them to run for the same office twice. I hate Brewer just as much as anyone else, but we all know that her leaving office would never solve the problem anyway, another right wing nut will just fill her space. The democratic party in Arizona NEEDS to get their shit together and stop whining about how sun city elects everyone. Its possible to elect democrats on a statewide level.
Arizona's constitution defines ANY time of an incomplete term served as a full term. This is what prevented Jane Hull from running again in 2002. The language in the constitution is very clear but Brewer just does not see it that way.
As for other right wing nuts getting elected, the power of incumbency is a very real thing. Democrats have run several great but losing state-wide campaigns over the years but in a state like Arizona there are many factors working against them and not going up against an incumbent can really make things easier for them.
