Pretty crazy.
I like the idea of turning the barren landscape into a 1950s-style imagining of a future Mars. And eventually towns could be built around the tower and we can worship its almighty power.

Ah yeah I missed that part. But, I'd rather have it be built and sold to California than not at all. If it's successful I'm sure more will pop up.
