Local recent heavy rotation

Rum Tenor
Ruby Lee

Fatigo
Sweet Bleeder's

Anxiously waiting for new AAA and Budget Sinatra material.

National recent heavy rotation

Shin's (I wish I could sing like this)
Lost in Translation soundtrack (Its not safe to watch the movie while driving so this is the next best thing)
Yeah Yeah Yeah's ( the drums sound so huge on the new record)
Television (before our time)

U.S. Maple is a great band to listen to. I stumbled upon them a couple of years ago and really like their dissonant style. very much like beefheart!!

they are coming to modified on May 28th. you just have to listen to them to get a feel for their style. i think it's like dadaist in nature, kinda all over the place. the singer reminds me of a gruffer capt beefheart. just my opinion though. i have acre thrills and it is rotation all the time. go to cdconnection.com and listen to a sound byte.
