I love how a thread about contact info for promoters in AZ turns into a discussion of bedpans and diapers. Just like our thread on the MB board for the CD release has turned into a discussion about transvestites at the gay Denny's. What are we? 13?

Just want to mention, I sent this out with a request that people send me additions, corrections, etc.
I have already changed a few entries. I figure it will take me the next couple weeks to get all the responses in.
