Got this in the mail today:

Foetus, Inc. ~ Sink

Incredible compilation of early Thirlwell stuff that I have loved ever since I first heard it in high school. Goes beyond description and defies genre. Contains a dollop of depravity and rudimentary thought, combined with powerful music arrangements that you would never guess came from the 80s. So good. So very good.

I suggest highly
Funeral Mist- Marantha
Orcustus- S/T (southern lord)
both are super angry black metal. very raw and gutteral, Funeral Mist reminds me of a more primative deathspell omega!

Los Campesinos - everything. Seriously, I dont know how this band gets no love. I would think the bulk of Shizz folks would love this band.

Aug 20th in Tucson. I think I'm going on a Grateful Dead-esque journet to CA as well the following 2 days. Saw them @ Coachella and they were completely awesome.
