Pretty sure Arp had me listen to them several years ago.I got a record last night from my dear friend Wes. It was the demo tapes of a band called "the Monks" The recordings were made in 1965 and then some label out of spain pressed 12 inch vinly of the stuff. SO GOOD!
Look them up and check out the awesomeness!
If I recall, they have monk-y hairdos and shit.
