Just wanted to let you know that Mark and I are selling the amazing yellow castle. The house is walking distance from The Paisley Violin, The Bikini, Lola's, Pita Jungle, the LightRail, Lost Leaf....and more.
Our neighbors are awesome...the Vinings and Mr. David Marquez.
I'll post pictures soon. It will be officially on the market the first week of Sept. but let me know if you're interested and I'll give you more info.
The floors are all stained concrete, the bathrooms are redone with cute pedestal sinks. Mark turned the garage into a seperate room/studio/back house. There is no air out there, but we've got a big swamp cooler and that works.
It's priced pretty low, just enough for us to walk away. Personally, I think it will be an awesome deal for anyone. And it's adorable. We'll miss it.
