Being that I have been on your property for a collective 10 hours...8 or 9 being drunk. I still think you should get rid of half of that stuff and totally let me move in there. How does $50 a month sound? I think its sounds good. First of all, there is a fake Christmas tree. No need for that. What else is in there. Well I drawing a blank BUT you should really consider my offer. If any thing throw most of that stuff away. Please.

I live 6 miles from work. When its not hot I ride my bike. That takes 20 minutes if I feel good, and 30 minutes if I am taking it easy. I try adjust my departure time accordingly. Other than that I car pool. Especially since me and the Mrs. have one car. Its working out right now for the time being.
