About Me

paisley violin is an eclectic cafe and bar located in the downtown arts district. we cater to the downtown development of phoenix, up and coming artists and musicians. be sure to visit our other locations: capitol coffee and argyle sax.

we are organized into a few different sectors. we have three separate locations with six independent businesses in the back of our primary location, the paisley violin at 11th ave and grand.

the paisley violin was founded in 2001 and has been operating ever since. we received our beer and liquor license in 2007. we are not byob anymore... woo hoo

40 feet long x 8 feet high container with two garage doors along with an open lot area about 550 sq feet (not taken up by the container). water and 220 electricity, wireless internet included in rent. zoned R3 semi industrial. grand ave frontage. all fenced in and secure with a sweet lookin gate, opening to grand ave, you can open up or lock up. great for an artist that needs lots of space. also perfect for a co-op type atmosphere, outdoor theatre, i dunno, the possibilities are almost endless.

1028 grand ave in downtown phx.

this is a smokin deal, it's such a cool spot and it has tons of potential.

we use xanadu at paisley as well and randy gets a lot of mail sent here so, we see him from time to time. we don't sell it whole bean either, but if you want me to pass on an email address or something, i can do that.

right now, we have a salon, two clothing boutiques and an artist space in paisley town and two vacant studios to rent! the possibilities are (almost) endless. rent includes wireless, water and a great community.
