and speaking of crushes/unrequited love, i know the shizz home page says 'it's not pretty, but it works.' i disagree. i think it's not only functional, but beautiful as well.

and i don't mean to judge, to each his/her own, but most of the ladies' photos i've seen on this thread have more plastic in them than my vast collection of tupperware.

with the exception of the 'bird lady,' she just creeps me out.

i always had a secret crush on jesus. i read in some old book that he was sexy (i forget what it was called). and just look at the artist renditions! surely they knew what he looked like, right?

but he won't ever call or text me back. did i do something wrong? he even told me he loved me 'unconditionally.' WTF? typical male. i'm just glad i never put out.

Glad to be alive.  Grateful for the music scene here, and I've met some cool people.  Just not sure why it seems so clicky.  

And I think I must have missed the memo to wear all black at shows/bars.

I don't mean to be negative, or judge, but I've lived in several states, and would love to make new friends.  Maybe it's just me, but a lot of people here seem kind of standoffish.  And no one dances here.  WTF?  They just unenthusiastically bob their heads.  I dunno, just my observations.

Anyhow, at least the weather's nice this time of year.
