Posted by That "America's Next Great Restaurant" show on NBC (Sundays) is pretty fun - I've never been into any of those "reality" type shows, so I don't know how it compares to the rest of the genre, but I've been enjoying it (no doubt because the creator of Chipotle is one of the people involved). I would totally eat at that grilled cheese place if it existed...
If you ever come through Cleveland, we have a place here that is the real deal for gourmet grilled cheese. I bet you'd love it.
